Flow Blue Child's Covered Sugar - Basket Pattern

  • ITEM - Covered Sugar from a child's teaset
  • DATE - c1850
  • PATTERN - Basket
  • MAKER / ORIGIN - Unmarked - thought to be Hackwood
  • SIZES - 4 ¾ inches to the finial on the cover and about 4 ½ inches
    handle to handle on the base
  • Pretty little piece although the cover is from a teapot ( of the same pattern) as it has
    the steam vent hole which you would not normally find on the cover for the sugar - so
    often the covers got mixed up or broken
    Condition of Item
  • There are 2 surface chips on the rim of the cover - please check the photographs
  • The finial has also been off and glued back into place - but it is a snug fit
