Dolls Wash Set - Bedroom Set - Ridgways

  • ITEM - Toy Wash Set consisting of :-
  • Water Pitcher, Wash Bowl, Soap Dish and Toothbrush/Razor Dish
  • MAKER / ORIGIN - Marked England – the maker could be Ridgways - these English Wash Sets are not as common as the German or French ones, which is an added bonus
  • PATTERN - Floral with a pale blue rim which fades into the
    white
  • DATE - c1890 / 1900

  • Water Jug is just under 3 ¾ inches high and 3 inches across including the handle
  • Wash Bowl is 1 ½ inches deep and 4 ½ inches across
  • Soap Dish is 2 ¾ inches by 1 ¾ inches
  • Toothbrush/Razor Dish is 2 inches by 4 ½ inches
  • Lovely little set and nice to have so many pieces with it - would make a great
    display on a doll's dresser or wash stand

  • All the pieces are in good condition with no damage or restoration which is wonderful when you think this was a child's toy and those tiny little hands have been so good in keeping it in such nice condition
