Pretty Blue Chintz Sponge Dish and Drainer

  • DATE - c1914 from the registration number
  • PATTERN - Chintz on a blue ground
  • MAKER / ORIGIN - Maker unknown but made for the very well known retailer Heal & Son London
  • SIZES - 2 ½ inches high, 9 inches from handle to handle and 7 ½ inches across
  • Very pretty piece that today could also be used on the table as a Strawberry or Soft Fruit Dish even as a small salad dish - or just as it was intended a pretty sponge dish for the bathroom
    Condition of Item
  • No damage and no restoration
  • There is a tiny firing line on the rim underside of the drainer - just mentioned to be completely accurate in the description
