Flow Blue Syrup Pitcher - Jug

  • PATTERN - Unmarked - Passion Flower patterning
  • MAKER / ORIGIN - Unknown - English -
  • SIZES - 8 ¼ inches high and 5 ¾ inches across from lip to handle inclusive
  • Stunning flow blue colouring - bold patterning with a wonderful entwined handle relief moulded vine leaves and tendrils to the top and bottom of the handle - the handle is patterned with relief mould leaves on the entwined vine
  • Beautiful delicate shape of a wine jug or syrup pitcher
    Condition of Item
  • Although there is no damage to this piece it was originally a syrup pitcher with a pewter rim and cover - it would seem the cover and rim became broken and the 2 holes that attached the pewter rim by lugs to the jug have been professionally filled by a
    restorer - to the very highest standard I might add - and in effect you cannot or would not know this had been done accept the restorer told me and I am passing that information onto my buyer -
